SALON POLICIES
Client Information Policy: To comply with Illinois state regulations, we require your first and last name and phone number for accurate client records. Your information is kept private and secure and is only used for appointment management and communication.
Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment.
Lateness: To ensure full service effectiveness and client satisfaction, we may need to shorten services for late arrivals. Please notify us if you anticipate running behind.
Cancellations: We require and appreciate 24-hour notice for all service cancellations.
PAYMENT & GRATUITY POLICY
Credit Card Surcharge: Please be advised that there is a 3% surcharge on all credit card transactions to cover our processing costs. Please be prepared to pay using one of the following methods to avoid the surcharge:
